Cancellation Policy

Shared Sightseeing & Hiking bookings:
We offer free cancellation until 48 hours prior to your shared experience start time, unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Please call at least 48 hours prior to reschedule your booking, transfer your booking, or to cancel for a full refund. Unfortunately, any cancellations received within 48 hours of your shared experience, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded.

Private Sightseeing, Hiking and Transfer bookings:
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for all private tour and transfer experiences, unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Please call at least 7 days prior to reschedule your booking, transfer your booking, or to cancel for a full refund. Unfortunately, any cancellations received within 7-days of your tour or transfer, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded.

Lake O'Hara Hiking Tours:

A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any and all cancellations. The remaining 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the tour. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour or for no-shows.

We reserve the right to cancel transfers due to unforeseen circumstances:
In the event of a cancellation on our part, you will be refunded by Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages in any such way.
