DESCRIPTION
Start at the serene Emerald Lake, known for its vibrant emerald coloured water. Take a leisurely walk, rent a canoe, or simply relax in this picturesque setting. We’ll also stop at The Natural Bridge, a remarkable rock tunnel carved by the Kicking Horse River.
Next, marvel at the incredible Takakkaw Falls, Canada’s second tallest waterfall, which drops 373 meters (1,224 feet) down the mountainside. Enjoy some free time to explore, feel the mist & capture the breathtaking views.
Finally, cross into Kootenay National Park to explore Marble Canyon, a hidden gem with deep gorges formed by glacial melt. A 1.4 km (.87 mi) walk with seven bridges crossing over the canyon offering stunning views of this dramatic landscape.
