- Prices listed exclude GST, local taxes and any applicable credit card fees unless otherwise stated.
- Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
- Tips and gratuities to drivers are not included, though greatly appreciated.
- No-shows, missed departures and any unused services will be non-refundable.

Schedule changes:
- Duration of tours and transfers may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group. While Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. will endeavour to operate the transfer as indicated or previously arranged, all transfers are subject to change without notice.

Damage to property:
- Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. are not and will not be held responsible for damaged personal items in transit.

Consent to use of photos & video:
By participating in a tour with Explore Banff Tours & Transfers, you are acknowledging that you understand that we may take photos or videos while you are on a tour or transfer and you accept that we may use these in our promotional materials, including, but not limited to social media. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed while you are on tour.

SMS Messaging:
SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
