- Tips and gratuities to drivers are not included, though greatly appreciated.
- No-shows, missed departures and any unused services will be non-refundable.

- Duration of transfers may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group. While Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. will endeavour to operate the transfer as indicated or previously arranged, all transfers are subject to change without notice.
- Explore Banff Tours and Transfers Inc. are not and will not be held responsible for damaged personal items in transit.

By participating in a tour with Explore Banff Tours & Transfers, you are acknowledging that you understand that we may take photos or videos while you are on a tour or transfer and you accept that we may use these in our promotional materials, including, but not limited to social media. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed while you are on tour.
